The following dates are, our last orders for postage & collection on both our handmade / personalised items and non-personalised.  These are the times to ensure delivery for Christmas* though you can still order after these dates and we will sort them as quickly as possible!
*NB, We have had to bring our cut off dates forward this year because of Royal Mail strikes.  These times are based on our preparation time and the stated Courier delivery times.  However, we cannot take any responsibility for loss or delay in postage / Courier delays.

FOR UK POSTAGE:

MUGS, CHOPPING BOARDS & KEYRINGS: Wednesday 14.12.22

EVERYTHING ELSE: Monday 12.12.22

FOR IRELAND AND OTHER COUNTRIES DELIVERIES:

MUGS, CHOPPING BOARDS & KEYRINGS: Wednesday 07.12.22

EVERYTHING ELSE: Monday 05.12.22

 

FOR COLLECTION (up until 24.12.22):

MUGS, CHOPPING BOARDS & KEYRINGS: Wednesday 21.12.22

EVERYTHING ELSE: Monday 19.12.22

 

ALL OTHER ITEMS FOR POSTAGE:  

UK: Thursday 15.12.22

IRELAND & OTHER COUNTRIES: Thursday 08.12.22

 

NB: Because of Royal Mail delays, please get your orders to us before these dates if possible.  We will post out in time but cannot take any responsibility for delays.

DISCLAIMER ADDED DEC 2022

With the current Royal Mail strikes, we are doing everything in our power to ensure your parcel arrives in time for you to receive for Christmas by despatching our end in time.  However, we do not have any control over the post!  We are going by Royal Mail's stated 'Last Delivery' times and have brought our cut off times forward so as to avoid any issues but, there may still be delays.
If you have not received your delivery in time for Christmas, we cannot issue a refund based on this.  If you would like a refund, this can be done once the parcel has been received and sent back to us by yourself (excluding Personalised & Handmade Items).
If it looks like a parcel has been lost a refund can be given but Royal Mail are asking for delays to be taken into account before declaring as lost.  We will be in contact with them to start the proceedings before any refunds can be given.

We understand that this is frustrating, especially when you are looking forward to something arriving for a special occasion and, please be assured that we will do what we can for everything to run as smoothly as possible but, we cannot take any responsibility for the issues we are facing at the moment.
